Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team in Illinois. Successful candidates must have a friendly disposition, the ability to operate a computer while speaking on the phone, strong attention to detail, and be good with customers.

Pay is $15.00/hr to $16.25/hr based on experience. The position is a full-time, 40 hour work week with shifts that may vary Mon-Sat 7:00am-7:00pm and Sun 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, live chat, and other inquiries.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding orders and shipments.
• Communicate with manufacturers for answers regarding a customer’s order.
• Order management, tracking orders, processing customer returns.
• Communicate with coworkers to ensure customers are handled in a timely manner.
