Job summary

The Boyd Group, including affiliated companies, is seeking an Estimator in Pensacola to provide exceptional customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet KPIs while delivering reliable service. Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers is essential.
• Basic Computer Skills are required to navigate repair databases.
• Compliance for DRP’s must be followed.
• Minimum of 1-year experience is required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process with accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
