Job summary

The Boyd Group, operating as Glass America in Pensacola, FL, seeks an Estimator to prepare vehicle repair estimates, coordinate repair needs, and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair journey, and ensure alignment with all team members to meet KPIs. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience are required; I-CAR training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and updates.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers positively in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
