Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and coordinate communication with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. You will help ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them through every step of the claim and repair journey.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, complying with DRP requirements, and supporting the team to meet KPIs. Prior I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• I-CAR training is preferred or required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in auto claims/repair coordination.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with team to meet KPIs and proper DRP processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers and maintain positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
