Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Teller to serve customers in our Bucks County branch. You’ll greet customers in the lobby, process routine transactions, and demonstrate mobile apps or ATMs to help complete visits.

You’ll provide personalized guidance to help customers reach financial goals, and connect them with Bankers for next steps while upholding all policies. Key requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and at least 6 months of transaction experience with cash or digital payments.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with basic transactions.
• Demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers reach financial goals and connect them with Bankers for next steps.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
