Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Teller in Pennsylvania to greet customers, assist with mobile app and ATM transactions, and deliver personalized financial guidance while following cash handling policies.

You will build relationships, refer customers to bankers when appropriate, and contribute to community goals, with a starting wage of $21 per hour and a benefits-rich, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• 1 year customer experience, recommending/referring products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
• Comfortable with using digital technology.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and demonstrate mobile app/ATM usage.
• Provide personalized financial guidance and connect customers to bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and ensure policy compliance.
• Follow cash handling and regulatory requirements.
