• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobby and demonstrate how to use mobile app or ATMs to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and respond to questions in line with policies.
• Follow proper cash handling and comply with state/local regulations.
