Citizens Bank is seeking a customer-focused associate for in-branch support. You will greet customers, demonstrate how to use the mobile app and ATMs, and assist with simple transactions while delivering personalized financial guidance.

You will educate clients on Citizens products, maintain compliance with policies, manage cash accurately, and connect customers with Bankers for next steps as needed.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Ability to solve problems and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric approach to delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals.
• Must be able to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
