Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience and product referrals.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to develop long-term customer relationships and solve problems.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate mobile app or ATMs for transactions.
• Provide personalized financial advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions.
• Follow all policies, including proper cash handling and relevant regulations.
