Job summary

The role requires balancing cash, following security procedures, and participating in team meetings. You will support opening/closing tasks, work after hours as needed, and help deliver our customer-first experience daily.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, with cash handling familiarity.
• Banking or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to balance teller drawer and handle security/compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problem resolution, and needs.
• Balance teller drawer daily and assist in vault/ATM operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, by phone, and email.
• Open/close tasks and support branch operations as needed.
• Work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
