Job summary

Northwest Bank in Forward Township, PA is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our retail network. Tellers welcome customers, process transactions, balance drawers, resolve problems, and identify referral opportunities to support the office's sales and financial wellness goals.

You will deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email, follow security and dual-control procedures, and assist with opening/closing duties, meetings, and daily operations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Banking and/or retail experience preferred.
Ability to balance teller drawer and adhere to security procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with questions, resolve problems, and provide education on products and services.
Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and dual control balancing.
Refer customers to appropriate team members for complex requests.
Deliver the Northwest star experience through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
Support branch opening/closing tasks and ensure compliance with security procedures.
Work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
