Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Work Experience: Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial wellness activity goals and identify referral opportunities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and needs.
• Proactively engage with customers to inform them of product features and benefits.
• Refer customers to appropriate team member for complex requests.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings.
