Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and visitors with questions, problem resolution, and other needs.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and balance of vault/ATM.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Identify referral opportunities and support sales goals.
• Follow security, compliance, and operational policies.
