Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and delivering a standout experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics; walk the property to perform daily tasks.
• Rent storage units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, and handle deposits.
• Conduct daily safety checks and ensure cleanliness and safety of the facility.
