Krause Auto Group is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our busy service team in Charleston. You will be the primary contact for customers, guiding them from welcome to vehicle pickup and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, accurate service.

In this role you’ll build strong customer relationships, communicate repair needs clearly, and help drive satisfaction scores while supporting efficient shop operations and dealer standards.

• Help meet daily labor sales goals and dealer standards.
