Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver expert customer interactions and support dealership operations. You will guide customers through vehicle options, financing, and the sales journey, ensuring a smooth experience that leads to a purchase or clear next steps.

You will maintain knowledge of inventory and financing options, collaborate with team members, and participate in training to advance through levels of responsibility in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and retail operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers throughout DriveTime processes.
• Manage full sales cycle by completing calls to secure appointments and convert visits to sales.
• Perform store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, financing options, and sales processes (trades, upgrades, post-sale activities).
• Deliver a world-class, tailored customer experience in the dealership.
