Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Project Lead in Lexington, KY to serve as the customer advocate from sale through on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, and schedule with production to meet the customer ship date while balancing project costs and contract requirements.

The role acts as the primary contact for customers and vendors for assigned orders, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction across all sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Civil Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the customer in OI facilities and main point of contact for customers and vendors on assigned sales orders.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently from sale to on-site delivery.
• Coordinate with C.O.M, O.S.R and Est. to hold a turnover/kick-off meeting; confirm scope, values, and schedule with production.
• Ensure customer is kept up-to-date from production schedule to on-site delivery.
• Provide direction to engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting teams.
• Prepare change order proposals when requested by owner/client/engineer or internal needs.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule; offer technical advice.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.
