Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Stone Mountain, GA, seeks a Project Lead to represent the customer voice from sale to on-site delivery, coordinating with engineering, scheduling, and transportation to ensure 100% satisfaction on all sales orders.

The role requires managing multiple orders, leading kickoff meetings, and aligning scope with production while maintaining proactive communication with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in construction or precast concrete industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the “voice of the customer” in OI facilities and coordinate with teams.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently from start to finish.
• Lead turnover and kickoff meetings to align scope and schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for the customer from sale to on-site delivery.
• Direct engineering, planning, transportation, procurement and accounting teams.
• Prepare change order proposals promptly as requested.
• Monitor progress, proactively solve problems and remove obstacles.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.
• Coordinate site visits and resolve issues from sale to completion.
• Identify and requisition special purchase items as needed.
• Manage submittals/approvals with customers and communicate delivery needs.
