Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Be the 'voice of the customer' in OI facilities and ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all sales orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, transportation, procurement, and accounting to deliver projects.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and schedule with production to align with customer ship dates.
• Maintain communication with customers from sale through on-site delivery and post-delivery follow-up.
• Prepare and review submittals, change orders, and ensure paperworks are complete for each project.
