Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Project Lead who represents the customer voice in our facilities, ensuring 100% satisfaction from sale through on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, production, transportation, and accounting to drive projects from kickoff to completion, balancing customer and company interests.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex schedules in a fast-paced construction/precast environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the customer in OI facilities and oversee customer experience from sale to on-site delivery.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Hold turnover/kick-off meetings at the point of sale to ensure scope, estimates, and paperwork are aligned.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within contract documents.
