Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Project Leader to champion the customer voice from sale through on-site delivery at the Stone Mountain, GA plant. You will coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, and schedule with production to ensure smooth installations.

The role requires 3+ years of project management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong organizational/communication skills, with experience in construction or precast/stormwater preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience within construction, precast concrete, or the stormwater industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer in OI facilities.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Lead turnover meeting with C.O.M, O.S.R, and Est. to align scope and schedule.
• Serve as the main contact for customers and vendors on assigned orders.
• Provide direction to engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting.
• Prepare change order proposals in a timely manner.
• Monitor progress from sale to delivery and proactively resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.
• Coordinate site visits and work with customers to resolve issues promptly.
• Identify and requisition special purchase items as required.
• Manage submittals/approvals with customers.
