Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Lexington, KY, is hiring a Project Lead who will champion the customer experience from sale to site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, production, transportation, and the customer to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

The role requires directing project teams, reviewing submittals, and managing costs and schedule while maintaining compliance with contracts. Prior PM experience in construction helps you excel in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years Project Management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in construction or precast concrete industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the main customer contact from sale to site delivery.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Hold turnover/kick-off meetings at sale to align scope and paperwork.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, transportation and accounting.
