Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Chowchilla, CA, is seeking a Project Lead to represent the customer voice from sale through on-site delivery, coordinating with engineering, scheduling, and transportation to ensure 100% satisfaction on all orders.

You will manage multiple sales orders, liaise with production and field teams, and drive project costs, submittals, and change orders while seeking continuous improvement in processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years project management experience in construction or precast industry.
• Ability to review production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the customer in OI facilities, ensuring 100% satisfaction on orders.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently from sale to site delivery.
• Coordinate turnover meetings and ensure scope, paperwork, and schedules are aligned.
• Be primary customer contact; keep stakeholders updated from production to delivery.
• Provide direction to engineering, planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting.
