Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Stockton, CA is seeking a Program Lead to serve as the voice of the customer from sale through on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, schedule production, and ensure alignment of customer and OI interests throughout projects.

Responsibilities include managing multiple sales orders, coordinating with the project team, handling change orders, and ensuring on-time delivery with clear customer communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to review production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Experience in construction or precast concrete industry.

Responsibilities

• Be the 'voice of the customer' in OI facilities.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Coordinate with engineering, submittals, and production scheduling.
• Serve as point of contact for customer and vendors on orders.
• Provide direction to project team: engineering, transportation, procurement, accounting.
• Monitor progress, solve problems, and expedite projects to keep schedule.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and systems.
