Job summary

The Boyd Group in McAlester, OK is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences through accurate vehicle damage appraisal and coordination of repairs. You will document interactions, guide customers and insurers, and help drive KPIs across the repair facility.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers, insurance providers, and team members; ensuring DRP compliance; and participating in daily production walks and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document and update each customer interaction accurately
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Comply with WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understand all required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team
• Support all team members when required
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops offered by the Store Manager
