You will assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate estimates, and coordinate repair needs with customers and insurance companies, delivering exceptional service throughout the repair process.

Minimum 2+ years in DRP estimating and CCC1 experience, plus 4+ years of customer service, are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Collision DRP estimating experience.
• 2+ years of CCC1 experience.
• 4+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information to customers guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
