Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Minimum 1 year experience with DRPs.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Valid drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and promptly.
• Provide customers with clear information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP metrics.
• Coordinate communication between customers, insurance companies and shop teams.
• Participate in production walks and assist other team members as needed.
• Attend trainings and meetings as scheduled by management.
