Crash Champions is seeking a dedicated estimator to educate customers on repair processes and insurance steps, guiding the repair journey from intake to QC. You will prepare initial estimates, lock final numbers, and oversee each repair to uphold our quality standards.

The role requires excellent customer service, organization, and insurance knowledge, with familiarity in CCC One or similar estimating systems. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with estimating systems like CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards with QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan.
• Pre-close repair orders and manage paperwork and carrier requirements.
