Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Ohio to partner with the Branch Manager and frontline teams. You will help ensure accurate transactions, manage lobby flow, and promote self-service options while upholding our policies and control standards.

You'll lead day-to-day branch operations, train and educate staff, review procedures, and support loss prevention, audits, and compliance. The role emphasizes customer care, community presence, and reliable, secure service.

Qualifications

• Follow policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency.
• Educate branch team and partners on processes.
• Build client relationships and educate customers on services.
• Minimum 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and guide them in using self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to provide seamless service and appropriate referrals.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth and secure operations.
