The role requires guiding a team, ensuring accuracy, and adhering to policies, with weekend/evening hours as needed to support branch operations and customer needs.

• Engage clients with clear communication; understand needs and anticipate service.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
