Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client service, manage lobby flow, and ensure accurate cash handling and compliance. You will guide a team of branch colleagues, promote self-service options, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.

In this role you will review branch operations, communicate policy changes, support audits, and help educate clients and staff on products and services.

Qualifications

• You adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• You maintain attention to detail and stay organized while multitasking.
• You demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency with transactions.
• You educate branch teams and partners to stay informed.
• You build connections with clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
