Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to manage day-to-day branch activities, ensure accurate transactions, and uphold regulatory standards. You’ll partner with the Branch Manager to supervise staff, improve customer service, and promote self-service options while fostering a compliant, secure branch environment.

You will lead a team in a dynamic retail banking setting, training colleagues, and maintaining strong client relationships. Flexibility for weekend/evening hours is required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in branch tasks.
• Educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Educate clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED; ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth operations.
