Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to work with the Branch Manager and staff to ensure accurate handling of client transactions while following policies and regulatory requirements.

You'll promote self-service options, review branch operations, and motivate the team to exceed control expectations. You will lead by example in delivering a high level of service and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.
• College degree or military equivalent may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to services.
• Lead branch operations, including cash vault and ATM handling, adhering to policies.
• Introduce clients to the team and build lasting relationships for cross-selling.
• Promote self-service options to allow 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support branch operations, maintaining loss control, compliance, and audits.
