Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch operations, uphold regulatory compliance, and lead a team to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will partner with the Branch Manager to manage cash devices, guide the lobby, and promote self-service options to customers.

The role requires a focus on accuracy, strong leadership, and the ability to educate staff while maintaining high standards for loss control and audits. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and help them effectively.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices, resolve client issues, and ensure compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients anytime.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
