Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to work closely with the Branch Manager and staff. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, managing daily branch operations, and promoting self-service options to customers.

You will lead the team to adhere to policies and regulatory requirements, ensure accuracy in transactions, and maintain strong client relationships, including outreach for specialized financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and policies.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively, checking them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving client issues with accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Simplify clients' banking experience by sharing self-service options.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
