Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive exceptional client experiences, lead branch operations, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. You will partner with the Branch Manager to optimize service, educate staff, and expand self-service adoption across the branch.

The role emphasizes developing strong relationships with clients and teammates while maintaining strong controls, processing transactions accurately, and guiding the team through evolving procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices like vault and ATM, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate service quality.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure and efficient.
