Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences by aligning buyers with vehicles, inventory, and financing options. You will also support daily dealership operations, maintain compliance, and help the store run smoothly with tasks like cash handling, audits, and documentation.

Candidates should have 3+ years in sales/retail operations, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options
• Support dealership operations by completing required tasks, maintaining compliance, and ensuring high-quality customer experience
• Open/close the store, handle cash, manage inventories, perform audits, and complete documentation
• Train and mentor new hires, participate in onboarding, and contribute to a positive team environment
