Job summary

Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless shopping experience across BOPS, returns, and order pickups, while upholding service standards. The role emphasizes multitasking, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help keep the sales floor inviting and assist customers with loyalty benefits, promotions, and transactions, supporting team goals and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support all At Your Service activities including BOPS, returns, and order pickups.
• Provide a customer-first experience in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.
• Assist customers in total store fulfillment and complete transactions using systems.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space.
• Share Macy's Loyalty program benefits and thank customers by name.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and deliver service.
• Contribute to a supportive, honest, and collaborative store culture.
