Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Comfortable using POS systems and handling checkout transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless shopping experience by supporting Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor and pickup/return areas.
• Engage customers with genuine hospitality and help achieve sales goals while upholding Macy's service standards.
