This role requires multitasking, problem-solving, and a customer‑first mindset in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will greet customers, assist with total store fulfillment, and keep the space welcoming and organized.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Read and understand store policies in English.

Responsibilities

• Review sales goals and stay updated on promotions to support the team.
• Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and assist with BOPS, pickups and returns.
• Keep pickup and return areas organized for a friction-free experience.
• Highlight Loyalty program benefits and thank customers by name.
• Support one another with honesty, care and collaboration.
