This role requires multitasking, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll help keep the store inviting and ensure a welcoming experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Make prompt, sound decisions to address customer needs and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in systems needed to complete transactions and process register activity.
• Maintain a clean, organized pickup and return area for a friction-free customer experience.
