Responsibilities

• Assist customers in all aspects of store fulfillment, including BOPS, pickups, and returns.
• Keep pickup and return areas organized and friction-free.
• Provide genuine hospitality, greet customers, and support achievement of sales goals.
• Help maintain a clean, inviting shopping space and assist with merchandising and stock recovery.
