Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience. You'll support BOPS, merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks while upholding Macy's service standards.

This role requires strong multitasking, problem solving, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment with shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays. You’ll help keep the store inviting, organized and welcoming from the moment a customer walks

Qualifications

• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Comfort with reading policies in English and using technology.
• Able to meet daily sales goals and build customer relationships.
