Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and colleagues.

• Able to learn and use store systems to complete transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a welcoming, helpful shopping experience.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), returns, and order pickups.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and pickup area.
• Explain loyalty benefits and promotions to customers and process transactions.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and support store operations.
