Job summary

Macy's seeks an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless shopping experience, supporting BOPS, returns, and order pickups while maintaining a welcoming environment.

You will work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and strive to meet daily sales goals with teamwork and hospitality. You’ll also help keep the area clean and well-organized for every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Able to use POS systems and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and returns.
• Keep pickup, return, and recycling areas organized and clean to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Engage customers with hospitality, upsell where appropriate, and protect loyalty benefits.
• Support merchandise flows, restock and recover merchandise to maintain a shoppable space.
