Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and repair order entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner and collect vehicle data.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts; contact customer for approval if needed.
• Maintain CSI by delivering quality service and following up on repairs.
• Explain repair instructions and main reasons for recommended services to customers.
• Handle inquiries about work in process and appointments.
• Ensure final invoice matches the repair order and follow up on additional items.
