Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain customer and vehicle data.
• Obtain and communicate repair estimates and time frames.
• Advise customers on vehicle care and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain CSI ratings as directed by service manager.
• Follow up on ongoing repairs and communicate changes to customers.
• Establish payment methods and obtain approvals for charges.
