Qualifications

• Familiar with Ford brand and products.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds for service operations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and enter repair orders.
• Proficient in computers and web navigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as directed by service manager.
• Greet customers and determine nature of mechanical problems.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts; obtain approvals.
• Notify dispatcher of incoming work and track progress.
• Deliver vehicle to customer and explain care and follow-up.
• Maintain clean work and waiting areas.
• Establish payment method with customers and obtain signatures.
