Job summary

LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to schedule service work, communicate with customers, and drive recommended additional services. You will work with a team in a fast-paced service department and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include estimating labor and parts, obtaining approvals, and coordinating with the service team to complete repairs while maintaining accurate records and follow-up with customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years or more experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, professional manner.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and obtain customer approval when needed.
• Establish payment method and obtain customer signature on repair orders.
• Follow up on progress and communicate changes to customers.
