Job summary

Hacienda Ford in Wisconsin seeks a Service Guest/Advisor to greet customers, schedule service, and serve as the liaison between clients and our service technicians. The role focuses on delivering an excellent service experience and understanding customer needs.

You will schedule service in person or by phone, discuss maintenance with cost estimates, greet clients on the service drive, perform vehicle walk-arounds, ensure proper documentation, and communicate with technicians to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Driving record that meets insurance requirements and company policy
• Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or over the phone to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems with their vehicle.
• Discuss schedule maintenance with cost and time estimates.
• Greeting clients on the service drive.
• Effective walk around of the customer's vehicle.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and complies with regulations and standards.
• Product knowledge and safety.
• Communicate with technicians, team leader, and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
• Update clients on the progress of the repair and its status accordingly.
• Accept full responsibility from start to finish by providing an exceptional client experience to drive brand loyalty.
• Maintain an excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the service manager.
